Religious statues being carried on large floats or “pasos” all over the city. The men (and some women) would carry them on their shoulders, stopping on the streets as some neighbors will sing the upmost felt flamenco songs. The pasos are adorned with candles and impressive flowers. These extremely heavy structures are soaked in eye-catching gold and silver decorations. People dress in very distinctive clothes on the pasos they are the brotherhood dressed in traditional robes and are responsible for the upkeep of the statues and organizing the parade. Overall this is an event tourists shouldn't miss out on with beautiful parades combined with a lively atmosphere making it an unforgettable experience. The only requirement is just being on the street.

La Feria de Abril:
Dates: Sunday, April 23, 2023 - Saturday, April 29, 2023
After the Semana Santa, la feria de Abril is the second major event in Sevilla. Celebrating the Andalusian culture, la feria is held two weeks after Semana Santa celebrations are definitely not stopping. For this occasion, the city brings out the best flamenco dress and the entire city participates. It is not uncommon to see babies and grandmothers dancing on the street at the sound of the happy flamenco sounds. You can also go see some bullfighting and horse parades or if you want to get your flamenco spirit up they will have many live performances and dances from bands and flamenco dancers.
At night, the fair takes it up a notch more like a very lively street party with lots of music and dancing continuing until the morning, if you expect to sleep, trust me you will be disappointed. Sevilla is an exciting celebration!

Real Maestranza
An iconic and historic place that everyone should definitely visit in April. It is the biggest and oldest bullfighting arena in Spain with so much rich history and knowledge about the art of bullfighting. Visitors can come and see the bullfighting events that start in April that take place at the Seville April fair. The atmosphere is lively, with lots of spectators cheering on their favorite matador facing off with the powerful bulls. If you’re not a fan of bullfighting, the Real Maestranza bullring is an amazing and culturally historic spot that is worth a visit.
