Culinary wishes come true at the extensive winter market around the Europa Fountain in the entrance area and in the Historical Balthasar Castle Park. There, visitors can stroll comfortably and taste Christmas delicacies from the region and the entire European continent. Extraordinary light figures bathe the castle park and the winter market in radiant colors. Old craftsmanship takes visitors of the ancient Christkindlmarkt in "Ireland – World of Children" back in time. Traditional professions like goldsmith or bookbinder are presented in rustic tents. At nightfall, torches and fireplaces give the show a cozy setting.
Festive Show Formats
International artists also provide Christmas spirit, captivating visitors with top-notch entertainment in an enchanting world. Beautiful costumes, elaborate stage designs, and professional ground and aerial performances with award-winning artists impress the audience in the new Circus Revue. The cold season is also a time when wishes come true – this is certainly the case with the ice show "Surpr'Ice presents a Christmas Dream." Professional figure skaters captivate visitors with acrobatics and choreography.
At the Globe Theater, "A Christmas Novel" tells a touching story full of nostalgia and emotions, featuring dance and song. Following the great success of 2022, Ross Antony and Paul Reeves return this year to the English-themed area of Europa Park. From December 13 to 17, they present the show "Crazy Christmas – Year After Year" with their favorite Christmas hits three times a day at the Globe Theater. Starting at 5 pm, Ed Euromaus invites guests to his 3D video mapping show on the facade of "Eurosat – CanCan Coaster." Every half hour, the "Miraculeux – Mapping Show" enchants visitors with a game of light and colors.
